This is one of the better videos BBC or ITU or whatever have shot. Lots of nice over-head shots, and they actually showed the swim!
I was awed by how quickly Robbo and Olivier built a -huge- gap on the peleton. It was like a second they had 10 meters, the next it was 100.
I give it a 9/10 (while most of the other races were 6-8/10).
What I liked about the coverage is they just covered the race. No NBC IM coverage style sob stories.
these itu videos are in some parts (t2, run sprints, bike chasing) playing bit faster, than normal: looks more dynamic.
Yea yesterday was great. It was the Hawaii IM followed by the ITU Worlds.
What I didn’t like about the Hawaii, is they barely showed the race. Their longest shot of anyone was 10 seconds. It was more like fade to this picture, fade again, zoom in here then blurry and focus on someone else.
But crap I felt sorry for DeBoom =\
