It is always great to see a triathlete get some local press and ‘local legend’ triathlete and marathoner (and fellow Slowtwitcher) made the local press here in Honolulu today re “Living Healthy at 50”.

Thanks Mark, I just got off that new trainer. I sure hope that “what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger” saying is true! :slight_smile:
