People CAPITALIZING, or balding, or underlining words for emphasis. It’s an insult to the reader’s reading comprehension skills - unless of course you do mean to be insulting…
AFAIK and IMHO, colloquialisms are becoming a far and away much to oft used a device for that which is said to be otherwise not literal or perhaps, as much as, if not more so, a tedium to read, or rather interpret, what the writer was attempting to say.
Perhaps clarity and brevity is a better resource for making a point.
