Yes he was dialed in that year.
#7 and #9 girls’ positions look awful. #9 looks too stretched out, and #7 looks too cramped. Or maybe I got that backwards…
If I didn’t know any better, I would have though MOP Ager
Three water bottles, one flask, and a large sack behind the seat. Elbow angle obtuse, no aero helmet, multiple flasks in rear pockets of top.

What the heck was #14?!
Nah, you’re right about #7. But I’ll defend Cait Snow (#9). Look how far back she’s sitting on her Cobb saddle – she’s taking a curve, or a downhill, or stretching, or doing something else purposely non-aero.
Anyone have a good photo of Weiss’s Cannondale Slice RS?
Yep.
But she has an aero chainring ![]()
.
Forgot to mention gel flask under tri bottom also.
rasmus henning bike type needs an update (from “rasmus henning” to “specialized shiv”) ![]()

Not 1 cervelo

Well when your triathlon sponsorship is limited to one team, thats kinda gonna happen.
Not 1 cervelo
Well when your bike sponsorship is focused on the Garmin team, thats kinda gonna happen.
Here, fixed it for you ![]()

Haha close enough, I actually had to look on their website I didn’t realize they were sponsoring team Tbb still. But when you are still overpowering the tri market it doesn’t make much sense to keep spending a ton of money there.
You have to bear in mind, the OVERALL bike count at Kona was heavily biased towards Cervelo, I find it interesting that the Pro men don’t use the most popular tri-bike.
Seems like when you earn money to race, you’ll take the best $; when you spend momey to race, you lilely choose a Cervelo
I think that was proven pretty well with what Alexander road in Nevada.
I think it might be the one that ism used to sell with the saddle
.
I find it interesting that 12/16 of the women are using an aerobottle/torhans when only 5/15 men are using one, 2/15 men are using 2 bottles behind the seat (not sure about Lowe) and at least 8/16 women are (plus one with a suitcase strapped to the seat). I wonder if some of the women can’t put a standard bottle on the aero extensions because of the length.
I’ve had that problem with the hed black dog bars. How I was riding it was really not easy to make one fit. I have flat extensions now with the bezza 1. But I have monkey arms and can definitely see how someone with short arms would make it very difficult to fit in there.
