@ the Victoria 1/2, they had an awesome rule that I think all races should instigate: Littering = instant DQ. The marshals were instructed to use common sense with the rule (ie if I stick a gel wrapper in my pocket on the bike and it falls out as I bring my hand out it’s not a DQ, but if I just eat and toss, it is) - but seeing garbage all over the place just pisses me off. Littering shows a complete lack or respect for the RD, the volunteers, and the community that’s hosting the event.
