Sleevless wetsuit help

I’ve noticed in my races this year that my full wetsuit is causing some pretty good fatigue in my shoulders. That’s ok for a sprint or an oly, but I’m planning on wearing a wetsuit for IMFL. I was prepared to spend about 150 on a speed suit for warmer races etc, but I am now thinking that maybe I should use that money to get a sleevless wetsuit for the IM to save on fatigue. Any thoughts on whether I should get a new wetsuit at all and/or which wetsuit might be best in terms of greater bouyancy and benefit for less than $200? Thanks.

Firstly, if you feel the full suit is developing some fatigue or somehow restricting your stroke I might suggest the following:
Sorry to sound lie a broken record, but I wager you haven’t donned the suit correctly yet. You would be amazed at how few people correctly don a full wetsuit for swimming and how much of a difference it makes. Take a peek at this:

This is the key:

Step 16: Watch that underarm!
Smooth the underarm out and check for space between the underarm of the suit and your own underarm. This is a critical step and where most people go wrong. You need to have no space between your underarm and the suit.

Ah, so the problem is likely me, not the suit. Well, you just saved me 200 bucks. Thanks! I will try that in my next race or OW swim and see if it works. If not, though, any ideas on suits?
