Simple brake pad question

I just picked up a Zipp 808 wheelset at a nice price…

What are the relative merits of cork vs. carbon brake pads for carbon rims? e.g. Zipp carbon/carbon blocks vs. Zipp Tangente cork?

Generally speaking, cork does not do as well in damp/wet conditions. Zipp Carbon/Carbon or SwissStop Yellow are better choices, IMO.
