I just wanted to wish Simon a happy birthday today. I think this is his 40th, but since he won’t return my phone calls, I cannot confirm that.

As long as Simon is not going to be driving around Boulder posting on ST on his Blackberry, then I think we’re all safe though

Simon…what’s the 40’s bithday set? We better hear somthing like 15x400m in sub 65 or a sub 4:20 mile or you won’t even qualify for age group status on ST cause everyone around here has that 400W FTP

This post was really about me… I was trying to get Simon to call me back (and it worked). I was trying to get everyone to wish him a happy birthday (and it worked). I was trying to make everyone think he was 40 (and it worked).

We’ll have to wait two more years to hear all about Simon’s big 4-0 birthday workouts.

Until then, I’m sure there will continue to be plenty of fun trash-talking threads both on and off ST.

Well if he is only 38, the set birthday mile better be closer to 4 minute flat. You don’t get Order of the British Empire for being slower than sub 4, at least Bannister had to break sub 4 to get that from the Queen…I don’t see why Lessing would get off the hook…
