I’m seen some bikes posted on here with absolutely beautiful silver bar tape. Where can I find stuff like this? I’m not looking for cork or anything like that but something more along the lines of the Profile Carbon wrap but in colours.
Out of curiosity, I looked at Tri-Sports and Nytro, but they don’t carry it.
Fizik has silver tape that is exactly like tennis grips. It comes in gel and non gel packages - E

You could look for Benotto tape on ebay.
Glory has a good selection of tapes, but it appears that the Deda silver carbon might be your wish. I had it on my ti road bike and it was just too much silver and actually looked like duct tape from a distance so I went back to Blue cork. Check out the Brooks leather bar wrap for something completely different.
I don’t know if my bar tape qualifies as beautiful, but here’s what I have on my silver Dual (the one recently posted with “interesting” Christmas stockings):

the deda tape is good stuff. not very padded or grippy for that matter, but sure looks nice on the right bike

Seriously, that stuff will look like crap after a few rides, especially if you get a little chain lube on your hands mounting your wheel.

I was going to put some Gray Deda tape on my P3SL, but you make a very good point there. It very well could end up looking nasty after a couple weeks.
