I used mine by myself at my most recent race… takes a good mate with whatever pump you’re using.
No problem using the new Silca to inflate disc on my own.

If you want to pump alone Lezyne is the perfect adapter as it has a threaded hole on the valve connector.

disagree. I’ve got the black one from Silca and as long as you properly seat it, works fine with no one holding it. I use it on my 2005 Zipp 900 disc and inflate to about 125 psi. I also have the Zipp Tangente tubbies with the 25mm stems. some tires have longer stems which would make any inflation difficult.
It’s worth every penny, no need for a second person. You just have to press it on firmly and it stays attached on it’s own.
I use the second one in your picture by myself on my Zipp disc and I am able to put 150 psi by myself with no issues. As long as it’s seating properly on the presto valve with a little thumb pressure all goes well.
The new adapter takes 1 person. I’ve had a disc since the 80s and the is the 1st adapter that is really easy to use. The new gasket material is what secret I think. It really works well. You will not be disappointed.

The new adapter and gasket work great. So great in fact, I use my adapter when pumping up all my tires.
