click the link, and tell me if there is anything other than a pdf that has one set of bylaw changes in which ARTICLE XX and ARTICLE XXI, Section 4 are untouched, and wit the Sunshine Policy basically intact.

Sorry it took so long to reply, I was busy cussing at an Exchange server, computers do not respond to threats as well as you would hope.
I split screened the current bylaws pdf with the proposed bylaws. The main change that I saw was the time limit for posting information under the sunshine section (XXII, I think) the changes were 15 days to 30 days for minutes of board and 30 days to 40 days for committee minutes. I did not see the changes talked about in the ballot abstract for the second bylaw changes.
