SIDI SPD-SL Plate Help

I use SIDI shoes and I bought the new SPD-SL. What plate should I use. I have a look plate and old SIDI plate that I currently use with my older version of the Dura Ace pedals. I think I need longer bolts also. I read one post and it said SIDIs and the new SPD-SL don’t work to well together. Thanks in advance fo any help

they dont work very well together for me, but I got the Ultegra SLs to work with my Sidi’s on my road bike

Went with Shimano carbon shoes and DA SLs on the TT bike

I can probably get you some pics of my sidi’s if you cannot get them working right, I know I had to mount that little Sidi plastic black thin shim (which does not fit very well) and use longer bolts that the pedals came with, the silver ones did not work for my shoes
.

Not sure about bolt length, but you should use the Sidi ‘Look’ plate for SPD-SL.

They work fine with the Look plate, but you need the longer bolts that are standard with the Look cleats - you can probably pick them up at any bike shop that carries Sidi shoes. As far as how they function once they are on, I have had zero issues with them.
