Shout-out to Neuvation Cycling

For reasons unknown, I break spokes frequently. I only weigh about 180 pounds, so I don’t know why. My training wheels are the very inexpensive Neuvation M28 Aero 3’s. I really like the wheels, but I popped a few spokes on the front wheel since getting them. At the suggestion of my LBS, I emailed John at Neuvation and told him of the “problem”. I didn’t blame the wheels, since I have broke spokes in the past and like the wheels. Within a week John shipped me a new wheel and a shipping label to return the old wheel. No cost to me. He asked no questions and my email to him was half the length of this post. Great customer service. http://www.neuvationcycling.com/index.html

Great customer service. Ditto.

double Ditto’s. John is Awesome.

x4 on John @ Neuvation

I ordered a C50 Tubular w/ ceramic bearings. A week later the price dropped by $40. I sent John an email and he refunded me $20…didn’t have to but did. Also bought a “scratch and dent” R28 Aero4. I couldn’t notice anything wrong with it at all…

I have couple of areo 4’s and they are sturdy wheels. How do you like the C50’s? I was thinking of getting a set of the C50 clinchers. They are almost at my price point on affordabilty.

C50s are SWEET! Had mine since June (front wheel) and its money. Waiting on a Corsa EVO in the mail to glue up. The ceramic upgrade on the front is only $30 and not sure about the rear. Rolls true and spins FOREVER. Can’t beat em at the price point.

Good to know. I am looking at getting a 50 front w. ceramic bearings. The price is insane for what it seems you get. I have been hesitant on pulling the trigger yet just because I don’t know a whole lot about them.

I’ve had three seasons on my M28 Aeros with not a problem. Great to know how good the service is should I ever need it.

My wife picked up a set of the R28 Aero4s for me, and they are awesome. Roll nice and stay true.
