I’m not sure how I found this, but I signed up for Jack’s free swimmer shoulder guide and can attest it has some great info, particularly the isometric stuff which I’ve found very niche as it doesn’t require reps/weight. His guide has links to his demo videos how to do each exercise.

And back at some point, I was advertised this overpriced shoulder strengthening kit but I decided to make my own with jump rope, baseballs, and hardware parts from walmart. It works very well to strengthen the little muscle and tendons in shoulder joint by swinging around the contraption for a couple minutes. The jump rope length is adjustable by unscrewing the handle.
