Shoulder anatomy geniuses: what is tight/wrong?

[

The sleeper stretch on your side is more effective because it isolates the movement better, it doesn’t allow your shoulder to come forward.

Agreed on this, but I do something that pins the shoulder to the floor. I slide my shoulder under a heavy bed frame so it’s wedged against the floor. Then I get my arm out from under it and press the forearm down. My upper and lower arms are at about a 90 degree bend, so if I were flexible enough, my hand would touch my hip. Of course I can’t get close to that. My hand is several inches off the floor. It’s an aggressive and probably very risky stretch. But I had nothing to lose 6 months ago.
