so many people say yes. personally, cutting back would probably give me serious withdrawl problems…depends on your level of “addiction” i guess!!
i don’t think a week is long enough. i think you’d have to abstain for several weeks if not more to notice a difference.
I have a small cup of coffee before each race (2 large cups on all other days). Not sure if it helps or hurts physically, but mentally it gets me going.
