The S22 has dura-ace.
How much was a S32 in 2003? I’d check that price before buying. Also, find out how much a brand new S32 is this year. I have a feeling you’ll be a little surprised.
The S32 isn’t spec’d for Dura Ace. It’s supposed to be 105/Tiagra (DA shifters only). Is it new? If so, jump on it - it’s a great deal.
Clarification: 2003 frame, upgraded with Dura-Ace components (don’t know which year - have asked this question - let’s assume 2003). Dura-ACE shifters/derailleurs with Ultegra Brakes. Raced for 1 season according to ad.
New Felt S32 is $1269 retail with 105 components.
Parts spec on this bike seems more similar to the S25, which retails at $1949. Albeit 9spd instead of 10. Wheels aren’t original - are they better or worse?

Additional thoughts anyone?
thanks!
One season could mean anything from like new to totally thrashed.
I’m not sure it’s great deal or even a good one.
A new S32 runs 1269 MSRP. A quick search found this.

Showing a new S32 for 1099$
The S32, or at least the 2005, comes with DA shifters and 105 Derailleur’s.
Let say a decent deal on a non upgraded 2yo S32 would be 700-800$.
Not sure what the upgrade to DA is worth, but if it’s worth 400-500$ then your getting a decent deal, probably not a great deal.

Definitely too much for a 2 year old bike, even with the Dura-Ace unless it is spotless.
New the bike was about $1400. The rear derailleur and crank would be the only functional upgrade but the origional 105 rear derailleur and FSA cranks work terrific. I have this bike, I know. The wheels you mentioned are good but I wouldn’t say they are better training wheels.
Now you have a fit issue, it is right? What will it take to get it right? Put a dollar amount next to that and you may have a new S25 (if in fact that was the right fit for you)
I’m sure it’s a good bike but IMO it’s worth around $750.
