Well, I just got back from a 2500 yd swim workout and I have to say I am pooped. You might be saying to yourself, well that’s normal, who wouldn’t be. To that I will add, this was my first swim workout in 4 months. And I have Lake Placid in July. hehehehe…man I have a lot of work to do in 2 months. Oh and just to clarify, I do NOT have a big swimming aerobic base. As a matter of fact, I just learned to swim 3 years ago.
I will be sure to let everyone know the progress…could be comical.
