Shorter post build break

What do you do at the end of a big build/peak? Where does your ATL get to when you’re taking time off?

Generally I’ll have two builds a year, one ending around Feb/March the other Sept/Oct. Normally at the end of these I’ll have 2 or 3 weeks completely off, with ATL dropping to 5 or below.

But this year I can’t follow the same trend, I can get 3 weeks off running & cycling, but only one overlaps.

Do you take weeks completely off? or just do some short non-scheduled exercise?
