Short RR: Seems like I have to change my user name again

Last man walking is like false advertising after Kalmar Triathlon.

This was my fourth Irondistanse and in the former I have been one of the last to finish with times like 15:38, 13:55, 14:39. And always walking.

Before I have trained 3-5 hours a week, this year my weekly training hours has been between 5 and 10. Massive improvement J

In Kalmar I had a fantastic race. Nothing more to be said and I finished in 12h 55min 28sec after 1:31:01 - 00:05:21 - 05:52:14 - 00:02:31- 05:24:21

For the first time I “ran” all the way (walking through food stations) and for the first time I am a little proud of my “race” and not just my will to finish.

And now I have signed up for Roth next year!

And I have a new time goal of course

Great improvment. I hope to do Roth one day also. So where did you do your races? I am looking for races in Europe other than the official Ironman ones.

Thanks. One was Kalmar and two was a club race on the Iron distance called Iron Duck. Kalmar is a very nice race. Fantastic staff, lovely city and a fast course!

Great job, just think what you could do on 10-15 hours/week.

I’m thinking

but my wife might also do some thinking
