Any ideas on good shoes for this? Fore Foot Pronation?
Maybe I don’t understand the question but…you want a good fitting, flexible shoe that doesn’t prevent it. Forefoot pronation is a natural occurence. The transfer of weight from the outside of the foot across the ball to the inside and you roll off your first and/or second toe(s). If you try it, it’s really kind of hard not to do that.
Overpronation, which should really be called “early pronation”, is when the foot rolls to the inside at the heel or arch. This puts a lot of stress on a certain linkage of ankle components (bones/ligaments/tendons that I can’t remember the name of).
