Is there a way to buy them online, or are they only at retailers?
glorycycles.com has them available online as does merlincycles.com (UK) that I’ve seen, no great deals out there on them though.

I got mine at BikeBug.com. They are in Australia, but I had absolutely no problem at all with ordering, payment and shipping. Shipping was quick to get here.
