Is anyone riding this year’s Shimano road shoes? I have the TR50 tri shoes and love them. Trying to decide between the SH-R215 and the SH-R131. The 215s are about $100 more and I am wondering if it is worth it. I know the TR50s were about $150 and that is about what the SH-R131s cost so I was wondering if it was a similar level shoe. Thanks.
FWIW, i have the '06 sh-r151’s. Very comfortable, stiff and light shoe. They work well for me. Paid about $160.

Did you check out any other shoes? Do you ride Shimano’s tri shoes? I am thinking over $200 is probably overkill for shoes for me and the 131s will probably be fine.
I have the all silver 215’s and I love them. They are a good bit more comfy and stiffer than the lower proced offerings in the Shimano line, but that is to be expected. Have the high end Shimano Tri shoes and find them exceptionally comfy as well.
