Shimano R-560 Wheels

Does anyone know anything about these or have any experience with them? I know the R500s are becoming standard training wheels on Cervelos and some other bikes. But the R560s list for almost double the R500s ($360 vs. $180) and they look a lot similar to the Dura-Ace and Ultegra level wheels Shimano is now producing.

Is it a 105 level wheel? I have found them on sale at a decent price and am wondering if they would be a decent (relatively light) training wheelset.

Thanks.

Looking around online I found what is now called the 5600 wheelset and that is a 105 level wheelset.

So were the R560s just the predecessor to those? Decent wheels?

Anyone know anything about these? Are they a reliable training wheel while still not being as heavy as bricks?

i use one as my rear wheel on my training bike, had one on the front but changed it out (nothing do to with the wheel, i jsut had another training wheel with a better in shape tire on it).

tad heavy but its a training wheel, no issues with it so far.

that beign said, the ritchey DSw pro (or deep section pro), is possibly the best training wheel i have ever used, lasted over two seasons of rough roads, including winter riding before i needed to even think about truing it.

I have been riding the R500s for more than a year has my training wheels and I’m very happy with it.
These very, very cheap wheelset has been on my bike since I was preparing Eagleman last year, and I never even had to true them.
