I have a 2011 cervelo R3 with ultegra group and I’m keen to upgrade it to Di2. What do I buy and where online us he best place to go? Do I need to do a full group change or can I get an upgrade kit. I’m keen on the new 11 speed (so I expect the full existing us obsolete )?
