Triathletes remind me of all the old fashioned southern moms that came by my house when I was a kid; all of them had their own special way of making pecan pie, pralines, or cornbread, the same way triathletes all have their own special blend of “stuff” we use for nutrition.
So what goes into your bottle?
For long rides I like the taste of 24oz water w/ 2 scoops Perpeteum, and 2 orange Carb-Booms.
can’t claim it as my own. but for im and 1/2 im nutrition on the bike:
2 scoops carbo pro
2 scoops cytomax
2 scoops metabol endurance
mix with water in one bottle for about 600 calories. take with a swig of water each time. 2 bottles for 1/2im, 4 for the full.
