I just want to say this stuff rocks. I’ve done 2 halfs with it now and a few olys. I switched after problems with carbo-pro at IM LP. I have the sodium turned almost all the way up on my race blend. I’m really happy with it as it’s always the right osmality where c-pro and thermolyte were (these are great products though don’t get me wrong) too easy get the osmality wrong and spend too much time in the porto-let during the run.

Id have to agree, it helped me shave 37 mins off my HIM time and 1:46 off my IM time this year. Looking forward to having even more success with it next year!
