The guy is correct from a fat loss perspective. Look at TdF riders, they are gaunt at best and could be recruited for a Concentration Camp actor as long as their massive thighs were hidden.

I too would prefer to have chiseled features and look “old” as opposed to round and pudgy features and look unhealthy.
