Rather than drag everyone down with all the details - a colleague of mine (our shipping manager), who is an avid cyclist and was going to enter his first tri this year - was forced off the road on his motorcycle, by an oncoming car that didn’t stop.
The long and short of it - he is now paralyzed from the chest down - with very limited movement of his arms - he is in a bad place right now. He also had no personal injury insurance
If anyone can chip in - even a buck or two - it would be hugely appreciated - the guy had no insurance and we are doing a fundraising benefit night next month here in Cleveland. Maybe you have a contact that may be able to donate something we can auction or raffle.

Thanks again - the slowtwitchers are a tight bunch and I don;t want anyone here thinking I am putting my hand out unnecessarily. I am doing some private fundraising for him on the back of my IMAZ race - but everything we can get for this guy is going to help.
