Hope Matt doesn’t mind me posting this. Our ST brother, chiro18 had a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) which is like a mini-stroke. He’s Ok and I’ll let him give more details if he wants. Let’s all send out our best wishes and positive energy to Matt.

Yeah Matt sent me an email this morning - and I was totally shocked - makes total sense that he didn’t show up for our run last night!

Thanks for the support. I’ve been back out there training with no symptoms…yipee. Another set of diagnostic tests is scheduled this Thursday. I’ll have a more definitive answer after that.

Yep - matt survived a nice 4 hour ride with me yesterday with no problems so I’d say he’s doing ok!

Know your doing fine. That’s really great. That 4.5 hour ride the other day sounded fun. Have yet to get my Stealth dirty. Nine days to go.
