I was looking on ebay and someone is selling St. Anthony’s T shirts. Why would anyone buy a shirt from a race in which they didn’t compete?
Heh, my friend noticed this the other day, quite odd. Only thing I can think of is if it was a big race for someone, maybe that want two, or got the wrong size. For example, the company that put the first marathon I did sold off their extra shirts the next year for cheap, so I picked up an extra souvenir. It does seem a little odd for individuals to be selling the shirts though, but, that’s ebay I suppose.
That’s a good question. I have a shirt from that Hawaii Triathlon a few weeks ago that I helped Sheila Toarmina at, but I didn’t race there.
I don’t really wear race shirts except once in a while at work.
