Seeking help on race tire choice

thinking about my tire choice for Atlantic City70.3 and IM Barcelona. I run a Zipp 800 in front and a Zipp disc in the rear (unless prohibited and then I run 800s both front and back). Historically I have used the Zipp Speed tires for LC races. I’m about a 2:30 70.3 and 5:15 140.6 cyclist (I’m 62).

I want a tire that’s fast of course (low RR and aero) but I’m also concerned about flats and more than willing to give up some speed for puncture resistance (I use Conti race tubes).

I like the Zipps but am wondering about the GP5000 or other choices…

Hi, I am from Barcelona.

The Gp5000 have more than enough flat protection for the IM Barcelona bike course, and they have excellent rolling resistance. I have been using them in that course for months (2 pairs) with no flats. I also use Conti race tubes for training.
