Second rider deemed "unfit" at MTB Worlds

How likely is that those deemed unfit for riding due to a haematocrit level higher than 50 percent have dopped? - (eg. 90% certain?) Is it possible to have these athletes tested for blood or EPO usage now? If it is highly likely that they have doped it seems the fact they can be racing again in 15 days is a bit hard to take. It laso makes you question their past results.

It is pretty likely, but not definitive. I am fairly sure that part of the anti-doping measures would include testing for EPO and blood-boosting after being declared “unfit”.
