got that on mapquest but more than once had driving times significantly different…

Francois - it is closer to 4.5 - beautiful for the first hour and a half - then deadly boring and almost desolate
The police out that way drive unmarked gold colored Chevy Impala’s just FYI (with tinted windows)
As for riding in Spokane - I would drive 25 mins east and ride out Coeur D’Alene way

4hrs is about right on I-90. I usually take hwy20 thru Leavenworth/Wenatchee, stop in Leavenworth at the brewpub for beer
Riding’s not bad, but you need to get outta town first.
