Help, my shoulders/back are killing me! Too many miles over a long weekend + long flight = very uncomfortable knot. In a new city so don’t know where to go. Any recommendations in the downtownish (or bus/walkable) area? A sports Chiro / ART practitioner / massage would be great. Feel free to PM or leave suggestions here. Thanks!
Try Eden Healing Arts near Ballard- Michelle Barrier. Fantastic sports massage. She works on lots of atheletes.

Dreamclinic Massage is about 6 miles north of downtown. Pretty easy to catch a bus there. I’m not sure of anything downtown.
From the ART website “Find a Provider” page:
http://www.activerelease.com/providerSearch.asp?strGeocode=(47.6062095%2C+-122.3320708)&strAddress=Seattle%2C+WA%2C+USA
.
I stand corrected… it’s Michelle McGuire at Eden Healing Arts.
i HIGHLY recommend Dr. Scott Hammons at Elite Sports & Spine (formerly Essential Chiropractic). He is based in Bellevue but works 2 days a week (Tues & Fri) out of Fleet Feet Sports Seattle on Capitol Hill (911 E Pine). His background is in both chiro and PT work as well as ART. he’s an endurance athlete as well which i think makes a big difference. PM me if you need any more info
Thanks everyone. Figured I just need a massage, rather than ART, just now so went to Dreamclinic Massage. They got good reviews on Yelp and such and plus they sponsor a women’s cycling team so I’m happy to support that. It was great, just what I needed, and way cheaper than NYC! I’ll be going back.
