The mountain bike shifters and brakes are a nice touch.

Pipe insulation/e-tape bar tape is bad.
PVP aero bars is terrifying.
I think this is the “how-to” for how to ruin a beautiful frame.
I’m guessing the owner has some specific physical issues that led them to this setup.
That may be why they are selling only the frame, not the cockpit.
