I am trying to determine my seat angle and I am looking for a chart similar the Slowman’s here ;

But for slacker angles as I am trying to set up my mountain bike. Currently I am 9cm behind the bottom bracket with a 78cm seat height, not sure what seat angle that is, as it is off the chart, I am trying to get to 71 degrees which has been recommended.
