Scott Plasma Premium mechanical cable routing

I will probably be pulling the trigger on a 2013 Plasma Premium frameset over the next week or so, but was curious to know beforehand if anyone had any experience/advice for making the cable routing on the Plasma Premium mechanical frame a little more clean than the typical set up where the derailleur/rear brake cables insert into the frame at the headtube/downtube junction. I realize it’s still a fast bike even if there are a few cables exposed up front, but I also want as clean of a look as I can get. Unfortunately, I don’t have the $$ for the Di2 frameset, so I will be running Force22 as my groupset (I got a killer deal on it).

I already did a forum search, and I read through the Plasma 3 forum, but wasn’t able to find what I was looking for. If this has already been discussed, go ahead and send me the link if possible.

I saw somewhere on here (couldnt find it again) where someone drilled holes into the steerer and ran the cables into the frame through the stem… not sure that is something I would attempt on mine but I remember the photos of it looking really clean. Other than that I cant think of another way. good luck with the plasma- its a great bike!
