I broke my tibia and fibula in November 2003. Rehabbed it well and am happily tri’ing better than ever.
However, I found that maybe it didn’t rehab completely, but only enough to tri … I have big time problems trying to get my foot into my downhill ski boot … ie. flexibility is not what it was.
I’m assuming it’s likely scar tissue – what to do about this, massage, ART, surgery?
Any thoughts/insights are appreciated.
