Who is in for the SC Half Ironman this Sunday? I’ll be there after some wavering. The weather should be nice, but wet-suits are very much up in the air. It has been very warm here lately, but should cool down some for the weekend. See you there…Josh F.
You went pretty easy on Cessarich. Nice job on all the media exposure. Tell Shenal to put a shirt on. ![]()
See you Sunday. (Still debating what wheels to use. Hmmmm.)

Bob,
Stephen and Austin were doing push-ups before we even went on the air. Kids.........
I’m in. Anyone have any suggestions on parking for the race? How far from the swim exit to T1? What time does the park open?
I have not registered, but will pobably sign up Saturday. I am thinking positive about the water. The cooler temp. and rain will drop the lake to 78 and hopefully even a littler lower. My swim need all the help it can get. I am looking to improve that 55 minute swim time. Not ready to race, but I have a free entry for having the faster bike split in the Greenville Sprint last year. This will just be a long workout day. I had two bike rides over 50 miles and several runs of 10 miles in the past 5 months and swimming even less due to biceps tendonitis.
GOOD LUCK SUNDAY!
Plenty of parking close to race site. The park will be open earlier enough for you to take care of any necessary needs. Set-Up crew will arrive early. * *I believe registration open at 0530. Bring a head lamp or flash light. It maybe a dark walk to the transition area. There will be enough light in the transition area. Short run to T1. Transition area is a paved parking lot.
