Otherwise all I need to know about the professional bicycle racer Armstrong is the fact that he QUIT during the finishing circuits at a race over there because he was too cold.
Buhuuuh… =(
Show up in your aero helmet on the P3SL and wait behind him for a moderate incline, then throw in a surge to a bike length ahead of him, deliver The Look, and then sprint wildly away.
lol
he would only need to go half power to catch me

He’d be like, “why was that dude looking at me that way?”

Thanks for the insightful comment! If you were there or watched the race you would understand the situation a bit better. Less than 50% of the riders who took to the start line on the final day completed the race. That gives an idea of how bad the conditions were. The 2 loops of Cork City were very dangerous due to the torrential rain that fell on the steep inner city descents. He probably should have gone up St. Patrick’s Hill once as the crowds (6 deep) had waited in torrential rain all morning for him… however he certainly made it up to the Irish public with his open ride in the Phoenix Park on Tuesday.
Best quote on the last stage came from an Irish commentator “St. Patrick’s Hill is sorting out the men from the superstars with multi-million dollar insurance policies!”
