My back is tight just bending over to tie my running shoes. Took the kids to hit baseballs the other day and bending over to pick them up wore me out. No trouble working out - I do not have any pain while working out. Just lack flexibility and get that sore lower back and muscle tightness from time to time. I am scared my lumbar is a ticking timebomb. Anyone have any good exercises for increased strength and flexibility for lower back?
I’d suggest seeing either a chiro or a PT in your area. They should be able to assess your problem and set you up with some home exercises.
Ditto Cerveloguy. See a chiro. And get some yoga instruction. I can’t believe the difference it’s made for me in just a few weeks.
