I saw that as well. It is very sad as he was an incredibly supportive father and an even more generous person.

Very sad. My brother was on the team with her brother Dustin at UF.
I lost my Father to cancer earlier this year, and its been extremely difficult even though I had time to prepare for it. I can’t imagine the shock of something so sudden, and senseless (especially if the guy was drunk or texting or something).
My prayers go out to her and the family.

that sucks. and when you get hit by a car cops accuse you of being at fault (yes Nassau County Long Island cops have done that)
scary. i am on the shoulder many times throughout my rides. it’s the only way to get some serious distance in without going in circles 20 times throughout the ride.
