Santa Rosa, CA?

I just planned a trip out to Santa Rosa CA in August and will be taking the bike along. Although I have been there a couple of times the bike has stayed home. Does anyone have any recommendations on what routes to take? Better yet, does anyone have any info on any club rides in the area? I have four days of riding planned. Any suggestions you can make will be greatly appreciated!

There a tons of great rides up there. I have turn by turn instructions printed for the Vineman Triathlon loop from Widsor High School if you want them. Send me a PM with your email address.
