Bring warm clothes, it might snow!

I wish it didn’t take 8.5 hours to ride 95 miles. That route should be 6 hours at most, even with drink stops.
That’s why I stopped doing group rides. Beautiful route, though. Have fun out there.
It’s part of the training program, and it is a challenging ride, lots of climbing, tactics and racing efforts
were going slow this time of year, and I’m only doing 270 miles this week

I think 18h/300 per week is what I will end up with as an average, and maybe 900 hours of riding for next year (Oct 05-Oct 06)
Training for 40k TT
Should be sufficient mileage I think, at least for a good base
Will work on the speed in a few months, just focusing on endurance and strength right now.
Gary, I thought you would show up at santiago today. As usual MF posted the fastest time of the day(24:4?). Crazy fast huh!!!
With the series growing in popularity the last year or so, the categories are A LOT more challenging!!! OUCH!!
The canyon had a fairly strong tail/cross-wind today. I wonder what Tom’s will be like tomorrow, hopefully no thunder-storms as predicted.
I might be out at Toms Farms for thanksgiving, but other than that, no racing until Jan or Feb for me
I’m only riding volume right now, periodized.
oh, and with a $1000 prize for 1st place, I’m sure the CAT 1/2/3 field will fill up
that’s the plan anyway
