I was just there quite a bit for the last few days…it’s not a bad town, Francois. Some nice areas. They have a very impressive zoo, and I’m not a zoo guy!

Now you’ve motivated me. I still haven’t seen the latest version. I’ll rent the video this weekend. If I ever get to Texas again, the Alamo is a “must see”. I love history.
I actually really enjoyed the first one. Hey, everybody likes “the Duke”.
I was confused for a bit in my earlier post. Hollywood made an old movie in which Custer won at Little Big Horn if I’m correct. Thought Erol Flynn might have been in it. For a moment I thought it was another Alamo film.
If I ever get down I’ll give you a call. Haven’t been to Texas for many years. Would like to visit again some time.
