Salt pills?

I’ve been using hammer Endurolytes, poping them 2-3 at a time. I recently bought Succeed (or something similar to this) never tried it yet but there is a huge difference in the ingredients and dosage.
Which one do you think is better in general if you also drink sports drink but want to supplement just the sodium loss?

I tried some Suceed at Vineman two weeks ago and they worked great. Due to higher sodium dosage you don’t have to take as many. Since it was going to be hot, I started on them the day before on advice of triathlete MD I know. Worked well for me.

Did you buy Succeed tabs or something similar? It makes a difference due to the active ingredients determine what’s better for use. Not rocket science.

pills. succeed brand, plain white bottle. there is only two ingredients in the pill as opposed to Endurolytes 10000 different components!
Seriously, I take gel, and drink gatorade. all i need is more sodium in a less bulk, this seemed a better option but again if it was that easy why would hammer put all the other stuff in it and put less sodium???
I am just confused and it feels like a rocket science.

S-caps are the standard at ultra runs. 1 per hour or 2 at most. I ran a hilly 50 miler on Saturday and took 1-2 per hour for 10 hours with no problems. I drank probably 8 liters of water and only drank maybe 2 liters of sports drink. Nuun containers make a great holder for your S-caps.
