“The elite races were filmed by the BBC and we are delighted that they have decided to extend their coverage from the usual 50 minutes to 80 minutes. So if you want to re-live all the excitement of those two great races tune in to BBC Grandstand tomorrow afternoon - the ladies elite race will be from 3.00pm until 3.40pm and the men’s elite race from 3.50pm until 4.30pm. Get those VCRs programmed!”
