I don’t do that but Emmanuel does I believe. He’s a good guy to work with.

He will be at Seahorse and at Ann Arbor. I’d like to come out to Seahorse, I flatted there last year, but I am just now getting back to operating mode from this cold or whatever it is.
yeah i knew i’d see him this weekend. so for sure you are not coming over? you could always crash through the short course to get warmed up for a2…or just thrash the long course

Doug got scolded? Where was that? I would be really surprised considering the VAST amount of great information he supplies.
that’s an awesome suit and an awesome deal.
To me it’s just that Tom seems to do it a little more tastefully and not right in your face than other advertisers. Plus for every advertisement post he puts up there are 10 or more info posts before it. Doesn’t bother me in the least, don’t know concretely why but I say keep the one every so often Bikesport ad posts coming.

I was torn b/w the Metal Cell and the IM Stealth…just ordered a Stealth on Tues from your competitor simply b/c of this statement on your website…

All wetsuits are fitted in our store. We do not mail order wetsuits due to fit issues.

That hasn’t been updated, and the IM suit is an excellent suit. The first full suit I ever had was an Ironman full suit fitted by (then) Ironman Wetsuit boss Keith Simmons, a man who taught me a lot about wetsuits.
We do sell wetsuits by phone now, and that entire wetsuit section needs to be updated. Sorry about that.
We don’t accept returns though, so if you are iffy on the size, I would kindly steer you toward one of our fine competeing stores such as Mission Bay, Trizilla, Nytro, etc. They are willing to exchange them if they don’t fit. At this stage, we are not willing to do exchanges becasue I am an intermittable grouch and world class cheapskate.
So, admittedly, our wetsuit sales over the phone are not as good as the guys I mentioned above in terms of return policy. For person who knows their size and has used a wetsuit before, we can get the job done fine. for a first timer, we like to see them here in the store to help them put the suit on, teach them a little about its use and make sure it fits. It saves both of us time and money.
