Sagacious D speaks well of LeWedge; Who here uses them?

I think they would help me keep my knees in towards the toptube. What do you folks think?

Generally they’re used for people who’s knees collapse toward the top tube. If you’re knees are splayed outward then I’d look into a cleat adjustment or improved hip flexibility. Much of it is also trainable. When I’m time trialing I focus on making my knees brush the top tube each pedal stroke.

I just started using them to alleviate hot spots and numbness in the feet. So far they’ve really helped. I noticed that on my running shoes, I always wore out the outside of the heel first. The wedges help level out my foot inside my cycling shoes.

On a down note, for what must be only a dollar or so in actual material costs, they are $25 for a set…not exactly a bargain but what are you gonna do?

I use them, they dont point my knees but they do straighten out my ankle
.

I use them…I have often posted here how I think they’re the best cycling product I have ever bought…I used to get bad pain on the outside of my feet during longer rides and LeWedge straightened my pedal stroke and the pain ceased…can’t recommend them enough…
Now all you need is Rotors!

I use cants because they were fitted by a PA at Boulder Sports Medicine Clinic… not because I “thought” they would help me. I was evaluated by some who knows what they are doing before I started using cants…

I guess the point I’m trying to make is that Cant’s when used incorrectly can cause as many problems as they solve.

I use them. I didn’t know I needed them until I got a pro fit. They seem to help keep the knees more in line. I personally wouldn’t try to fit them myself, though.
